These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Saffie Bea website. By accessing the site and placing an order with us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you have any questions or queries that we can help with, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
Payments are processed via our web site using PayPal, a secure online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation.
All of our products are carefully wrapped in robust packaging to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. If any items arrive damaged please let us know within 48 hours so that we can resolve.
If you are sending items as gifts, please fill out the ‘gift message’ section before checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within five working days of payment, although this may be extended to 7 working days in busy periods. Custom orders will be dispatched within the turnaround time discussed during the ordering process. For custom orders, payment must be received before production commences. If an order is urgent please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate a shorter turn around time.
Postage is charged at a flat rate of £4.95. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and proof of postage will be retained. For larger orders, a signature may be required. If the package isn’t signed for, it will be returned to your local depot for collection. If it is not collected within one week, it will be returned to us. We are happy to resend items but would ask you to pay for the postage costs of resending the parcel.
We are happy to send our products around the world, however, shipping cost may vary and can not be processed on-site. For a shipping cost quotation, please contact us a firstname.lastname@example.org with your location and the items you wish to purchase. We will then get back to you with the most cost effective shipping fees.
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling act you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition within seven days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchange on soap once opened unless there is a fault/skin reaction.
Please allow up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.

We have endeavoured to give an accurate likeness of the colour and quality of our products. Due to the hand made nature of our products, reproduction may vary slightly.

We will never pass your details on to any other parties.
